Flat commission pays a single percentage on everything a stylist sells — simple, but it doesn't reward your top performers. Slab commission pays a higher percentage as sales cross thresholds (for example 10% up to ₹50,000, 15% above), which pushes staff to sell more.
Service-plus-retail keeps two separate rates: a higher percentage on services they personally perform and a smaller one on products (shampoo, serum) they sell. This tool supports all three so you can compare what each costs you.
