What is AgenticVani CRM?
It is a web and mobile app that runs the daily work of a small Indian business — customers, billing, inventory, udhaar, staff, salary and WhatsApp reminders — with voice control and an AI assistant that answers in Hindi, Hinglish or English.
How is this different from the Google Sheet templates?
The Sheet templates are a free starting point you fill in yourself. The CRM app does the work for you — it sends the reminders, computes the salary and answers questions — and it still backs everything up to a Google Sheet you own.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your browser, and there is a mobile app as well. Nothing to install on a computer.
Does the voice billing really work in Hinglish?
Yes. You speak naturally, mixing Hindi and English the way most Indian shop owners actually talk, and the app shows you what it understood before anything is saved.
Where is my data stored?
In the app, and mirrored daily into a Google Sheet in your own Google account. You always hold your own copy.
