Do I need to pay for Google Sheets?
No — Google Sheets is free for personal and small business use. You need a Gmail account, which is also free.
Can I access it from a computer too?
Yes — the same sheet opens in a browser on any laptop or desktop. No separate desktop app needed.
What happens if Google Sheets changes?
AgenticVani is built on core Sheets features (cells, formulas, sharing) that have been stable for 15+ years. Any update we get you within 30 days at no charge.
Is it a Google-approved add-on?
No — AgenticVani is not a Sheets add-on and needs no third-party extension. There are two pieces: free pre-built Google Sheet templates you can use on their own, and the CRM app, which writes back into a Sheet in your own Drive.
Is AgenticVani a Google Sheet or an app?
Both, and you choose where you work. The free Sheet templates work by themselves with no account. The app adds voice billing, Ask AI in Hinglish, WhatsApp reminders and staff logins — and backs everything up to your Sheet every day, so the spreadsheet stays the source you can always open.
If I stop paying, do I lose my data?
No. The Sheet is in your own Google Drive and stays there with everything the app has written into it. Nothing is deleted when a trial or subscription ends.
Can I customise the sheet?
Yes — you own the file. You can add columns, tabs, formulas. The core AgenticVani logic is in named ranges and formulas that you can build on top of.
